ABOUT

I'm Shannon Marsolais, a New York-based illustrator from Long Island. I am currently studying illustration at Parsons School of Design, with an interest in children's book illustration, storyboarding, and character design. When I'm not working, I'm listening to 70's music, playing video games, or making my friends laugh.

I enjoy creating feel-good work that invokes feelings of nostalgia or warmth. Art is a large form of escapism for many people, including myself, and I hope to create things that help comfort people through the hardships of the day-to-day.
